Project Case Study: Commercial Office Fit-Out
Project: 3-floor BPO office space, 450 sqm per floor
Challenge: Existing electrical system was undersized for 80+ workstation workstations, dedicated server room, and conference room AV equipment. The building had outdated single-phase supply with multiple code violations.
Solution: We performed a full load study, upgraded the service entrance to 3-phase 200A, installed a new panel board with 42 circuits per floor, implemented dedicated IT equipment circuits with surge protection, and ran Cat6-compatible cable trays for future network expansion.
Result: Zero electrical-related downtime since turnover. The client reported 30% reduction in nuisance breaker trips and passed all LGU and Fire Department inspections on the first attempt.
