At KOHMZ Electrical Design and Build, we value your privacy. We collect necessary personal and technical information when you use our "Request a Quote" or "Book Now" forms. This may include your Full Name, Company Name, Email Address, Contact Numbers, Property Address, and project-related photos or architectural blueprints.

Your information is utilized strictly for operational and engineering purposes. Specifically, we use your data to provide accurate technical assessments and Load Profiling, issue formal quotations, schedule on-site technical inspections, and communicate important project updates and safety advisories.

We implement strict security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your submitted blueprints and property details are stored securely. We do NOT sell, trade, or maliciously transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties.

We may share necessary details only with trusted third-party affiliates (e.g., MERALCO representatives, authorized material suppliers, or Local Government Units) strictly for the purpose of completing your electrical project, securing building permits, or facilitating material deliveries.

All initial quotes provided via email, our AI Assistant (Lexie), or social media messaging are Estimates based on provided information. Final project costs and scope of work will only be locked in and formalized following a comprehensive, On-Site Technical Inspection by our licensed specialists.

KOHMZ Electrical refuses to compromise on structural and electrical safety. All installations, modifications, and designs are executed in strict compliance with the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and NEMA Standards. If a client requests a modification that violates safety codes, our team reserves the right to refuse the request to prevent hazards.

While we strive to adhere strictly to agreed timelines, project schedules may be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. This includes severe weather conditions, delays in permit approvals from LGUs or power providers, and the unavailability of specific imported materials.

A downpayment (mobilization fund) is required before the procurement of materials and commencement of work. The remaining balance is billed via milestone achievements. We stand by the "KOHMZ Standard." All new electrical installations come with a formal workmanship warranty, which will be immediately voided if the installed system is tampered with by unauthorized third-party electricians.
