1. Visual Inspection — We examine all accessible outlets, switches, and junction boxes for signs of overheating, loose connections, or improper installation. We also check the service panel for corrosion, correct breaker sizing, and proper labeling.

2. Load Measurement — Using calibrated clamp meters, we measure the actual current draw on each circuit to identify overloaded circuits and verify that breaker ratings match wire capacities.

3. Grounding & Bonding Verification — We test all grounding electrodes, bonding jumpers, and ground fault paths to ensure your home's grounding system meets PEC requirements for fault current clearance.

4. GFCI/AFCI Testing — All ground fault and arc fault protection devices are tested using specialized instruments to confirm they trip within the required time and current thresholds.

5. Thermal Scanning — We use a thermal imaging camera to scan the panel board and major connections for hot spots that indicate loose connections or failing components — invisible to the naked eye.

6. Detailed Report — You receive a written report with findings, photos of any issues discovered, code references, and a prioritized recommendation list with estimated costs for each repair or upgrade.
